John and Barbara welcome you to Tudor House Guest House Eastbourne, an eight bedroomed Victorian villa which has been trading as Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Eastbourne since 1946. Situated yards from the seafront yet in a quiet position, with the town centre and all its amenities within a few minutes walking distance. All our rooms are equipped with television, hairdryer and a hospitality tray, with the majority of our rooms having en-suite showers. 

We pride ourselves on providing superb full English breakfasts for your enjoyment and use locally produced ingredients, including special sausages! Our wood panelled dining room has a traditional and welcoming atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy your meal.

Eastbourne is known as the sunniest place in the UK, but apart from being 'by the seaside' there are many places of interest to visit, beautiful scenery and opportunities for walking the stunning South Downs. So whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday or something more energetic and adventurous, you are sure to find it here!
