Tudor House Guest House is owned and run by John and Barbara, who have a great gift for hospitality. The Guest House itself is an eight bed-roomed Victorian villa which has been extensively redecorated and refurbished by the current owners. All eight rooms in the Guest House are equipped with television, WiFi, hairdryer and a hospitality tray which includes bottled water, biscuits, drinking chocolate as well as tea and coffee. All of our double rooms have en-suite showers/wc, whilst a maximum of three people share facilities on each floor. 

Tudor House provides a superb full English breakfast, using locally produced ingredients, including wonderful butchers' sausages!  The wood panelled dining room has a traditional and welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy their meal.

The Guest House is located in a quiet street just off the seafront, with Eastbourne's town centre and all its amenities within walking distance.  

Eastbourne is known as the sunniest place in the UK.  The 5 mile level promenade and the Victorian Pier, along with the bandstand are the most obvious attractions, but there are many places of interest to visit.  There is plenty to do and see for all ages.  Many guests enjoy the beautiful scenery and opportunities for walking the stunning South Downs, the shopping or just relaxing by the sea! When it comes to dining out, you will be spoilt for choice. We have Chinese, Indian, Thai, Italian, Polish - in fact food to suit all tastes, right on our doorstep.
